Great printer but... Works great for the most part. It was fairly simple to set up on the bookkeeping computer as it is directly wired to that one but it was a little more difficult to set it up on other computers via Wi-Fi at the same time. My biggest complaint is that for months it was telling me there was jobs still in the queue when there weren't any and then it would print some kind of error page before it would print any job I was trying to print. Software problem I love the machine. The duplex feature is especially helpful for all that needs done. HOWEVER, I have had nothing but trouble since loading the software into my laptop. I have 2 of these machines now and one is about to die... that's why we purchased the 2nd one. After loading the software... which took hours with a person from your helpline.... trying to straighten out the "bugs"... it just won't duplex wirelessly from my laptop.
