Quick seamless setup This was a replacement printer for my previous MCF printer that was about eight years old. It was so much easier to set up and restored the colors back to their brightness. I am hoping that the upgrade will pay for itself in toner cartridges.
Great Customer Support Alan professionally and patiently assisted in connecting the printer to a PC and Apple. Without his help in connecting the printer to the network so it could be used by all computers on the network I would have returned the product. Customer support is fantastic.
Does everything I need. As for a quality copier, canner and printer, this unit is a great product at a reasonable price. This is my 3rd Brother Printer and I am never disappointed with the quality and dependability

Great so far So far I'm very pleased with my new Brother Color All-in-One. It was very easy to set up the wireless connection. The speed and quality of the wireless printing is as good as the previous printer. I had to tweak the color setting a little but tech support was great. They were on the phone for more than half a hour with no pressure to hurry the call up.
LOVE IT SO FAR WE PURCHASED 2 BROTHER MFC-L8900CDW PRINTERS LAST MONTH TO REPLACE THE HP PRINTERS WE WERE USING, AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE SWITCH. THE PRINTER WORKS WELL, HAS A LARGE PAPER TRAY AND WORKS WELL WITH OUR BUSINESS NEEDS.
Great printer but not without minor problems. Overall this is a reliable device that prints high quality color and black documents however it's not perfect. We print about 1000 pages per month and have had the printer 6 months. On 2 occasions we have had banding on some pages, while the fix is simple it is an irritation.
excelent machine now i can print my brochures with no hassles.....copies come out as originals and over all a very good machine for home or office
Excellent I could set up the printer easily and I tested copy scan and print features using two of my computers, one using Windows 8 and the other using Windows 10.
