Great printer when using Brother ink I absolutely loved the printer when I got it. After I ran out of the Brother ink and started purchasing ink that was not Brother I started having problems with the way things were printed.
Double sided scanning is great I bought this machine simply because I need to double side scan large volumes of documents and it has a capacity for 70 pages. I love how quickly it does this and does not jam!! Love the new touch screen feature as well. Great machine
More than I expected I have been a proud Brother printer owner for years. Recently I was due for an upgrade from my MFC-7840W (which still runs flawlessly after years of regular use). The replacement is incredible--fast printing, scanning, etc. Colors are sharp. Will stay with Brother if products continue like this one!
Much improved Refined printer. Has features important to me, such as duplex printing and scanning. This printer is perfect for a small business or home use. Tech support is excellent, print quality is excellent. I'd recommend removing earlier drivers if you had previous models of this printer before installing.
Good but... While it has all the features I was looking for - scan, copy, fax, there are times when I have to turn off and on in order to get the connection with the printer to get these functions to work. It may be a function of my wireless connection, but it is annoying when I want to print or scan and I have to turn the printer off then on to get my request started. Just what I need! Needed an all-in-one laser printer for my small business. This unit is perfect!
Outstanding Printer I bought this printer because it was a demonstration model and the price was right. Although it was a demonstrator it had never been used. It has to be the best printer I've ever owned. The software was outdated but a Brother representative walked me through a free upgrade and now it works like a Cadillac. It is worth much more than I paid for it.
