So far so good. Appears to be a well built printer We will probably replace our HP printers with these as they seem more dependable.

Good Printer When printing/copying duplex, vertical bars appear on back side copies. Heavier weight paper helps some, but this should not be happening with normal 22 lb. weight paper.
Decent Printer It works well as a printer. For our office, we must scan a lot of documents and for some reason the connection always drops. It will communicate perfectly with just regular printing, but I have to constantly unplug it and restart it to establish the connection to the computer. When I contacted Brother customer service, they barely listened to the issue and basically stated that it was a router issue. Every other aio product we have has not had this issue.
Great looks, Awesome Color Printing and Fast The price for the product is acceptable. The performance of the printer is great and the quality is as well. I'll give a 5 to this product if it could scan and turn the document in PDF.
I love the Brother line of laser printers This is an awesome laser printer, scanner, etc. I love the Brother products. You get great quality at a price that won't kill you. I will be a loyal Brother customer until that ever changes. Keep up the good work!
Almost a great machine We use the machine to print church bulletins. I was trying to keep others from using the machine when office was closed. Several non-business machines have been trashed in the past several months by people who were not authorized to use them. I contacted chat and they sent me to instructions on how to lock the machine.
