It would have helped if the mortgage wonder would have done more of her job such as searching out the materials that were required instead of making us the spires do that which in the past was not the buyer's responsibility it was the mortgage lender's responsibility but I suppose things have now changed and the buyer has to do all the work. I also think that the miscommunication between the different parties made things much more unpleasant difficult, and very, very nerve racking.
