Mia and her team was wonderful to work with! Mia was quick and clear with all answers to my questions! I always had answers within a couple hours. My situation was not a typical first time home buyer situation. however Mia got me through the process like the pro she is! Her knowledge and willingness to help is fantastic! At the end of the loan process a couple unexpected situations arose and Mia got through all of them like they were nothing!

Mia was super friendly from the start. I was skeptical about the whole refinance option, after our first conversation about details, I felt much more comfortable with the process. I continued to ask questions and Mia was great at answering them and very knowledgeable. I work a 2nd shift job and didn't have any issues getting in touch with her. Scanning the requested info and uploading the files was very easy to me. Mia continued to get me the best rate possible all the way to closing. Thank you!
