Mia was very helpful in getting all the paperwork done and making sure I knew what was needed. She made sure i stayed on track with getting all the necessary information in a timely matter.
Mia DeSalvo is, by far, the kindest and most efficient mortgage loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She responded to emails almost immediately and was both efficient and reassuring during the entire process. My only complaint is that the underwriting process was incredibly lengthy for a small mortgage refinance with no red flags. The entire process from first contact to close was 12 weeks through no fault of Mia.
We could not have done this without Mia. I will say refinancing can be scary and overwhelming, but Mia made everything so easy! She was always available whenever we had questions, and we were able to understand the process so much better because of her. I highly recommend using Mia for ANY of your finance needs! Thanks again!
Obtaining a new loan or refinancing is a long and very stressful process. Mia was amazing. She was there every step of the way, answered all of my questions quickly and even on the weekend. Finding someone with her compassion and dedication towards the customer is rare these days. I highly recommend using her, you won’t be disappointed.
