I advised Michael Eller to let me know when rates dropped to a certain point, and he did just that. Refi was super fast and efficient, and fees were much lower than other lenders.

Michael was extremely transparent and competitive with rates/terms from the get go. Lenders from other companies would take days to get a full estimate together whereas Michael would get full detailed estimates to us in hours. They would also need to check with their manager awhereas it felt like Michael had more freedom to make decisions on his own. No surprises throughout the process.
