The dude is solid. I feel he went way above the norm to help me and my family out. I feel a little guilty with how much help I needed to but our home, but Michael was there any time I could possibly need his input, advice, process knowledge, assurance. I dread the house buying process because of all the legality and documents needed to get a loan secured and when you have a loan officer who doesn’t want to put any effort into your loan makes it even worse and stressful. So we got rid of that guy and got with Mike Farmer. From the beginning he was straight up with us and told us what we need to maximize our pre-approval.
