I was so nervous at first, thinking we could never afford a house or get approved for a mortgage. I didn't even know where to start. Michael is very knowledgeable in his field of work, everytime i thought i hit a dead end he will find a new route and was always sure he can make it work, at times i thought i wouldnt get approved but he found a way and never stop trying until the home was mine, i would highly recommend him to anyone, i will only work with him for now on in any future purchases
Michael's follow through was excellent. Everything took place as he said it would. He even came to the closing, a nice touch. I have mentioned him and contour to two others that said they were going to give him a call.

Very good at honouring his word,very proffesional and just knew his bussiness. Worked side by side with broker to ensure i got a house. Was always there when i had any questions and was the person who adviced us to search the area where the property was found .
