Michael handled a very long new construction mortgage for my husband and I. We had many setbacks with our builders and Michael handled every one seamlessly and professionaly. He even came to our closing, which was a nice touch! If you want a great experience, Michael is your guy.
Mike is extremely professional and detailed orientated. Working with Mike, I knew I was in great hands and that he is the one to get the job done efficiently within a timely manner. He kept me in the loop with the progression and status of my mortgage. I did not have to wonder what was happening at any time with the mortgage. I was so nervous at first, thinking we could never afford a house or get approved for a mortgage. I didn't even know where to start. Michael is very knowledgeable in his field of work, everytime i thought i hit a dead end he will find a new route and was always sure he can make it work, at times i thought i wouldnt get approved but he found a way and never stop trying until the home was mine, i would highly recommend him to anyone, i will only work with him for now on in any future purchases
Michael's follow through was excellent. Everything took place as he said it would. He even came to the closing, a nice touch. I have mentioned him and contour to two others that said they were going to give him a call.
