Michael Greenlick was very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. He made everything easy to understand and was available to explain anything I couldn’t understand. It's hard to summarize how hard Michael worked for me and my wife on purchasing our first home. From start to finish he was personable and professional. Every step of the way he took his time to explain everything that was going on in a way that a first-time home buyer like myself could understand. From gathering documents needed to setting up important dates Michael made it extremely easy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I would strongly recommend you work with Michael for your mortgage! We were first time ( very anxious) buyers and Mike made the process so easy. He was always one phone call away with an answer to all of my questions and always very honest and upfront about what was going on. He did not let the Covid-19 pandemic ruin our house buying process !

Michael Greenlick did an incredible job closing on our first house. He is efficient, detail oriented, and easy to work with. My wife and I were in a pinch and had three months to buy a home and Mike came through for us. Despite being in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, Mike handled things with calm and composure and made a difficult situation a lot more manageable.
