Mike is extremely professional and detailed orientated. Working with Mike, I knew I was in great hands and that he is the one to get the job done efficiently within a timely manner. He kept me in the loop with the progression and status of my mortgage. I did not have to wonder what was happening at any time with the mortgage. I was so nervous at first, thinking we could never afford a house or get approved for a mortgage. I didn't even know where to start. Mike made everything so easy, he held our hand every step of the way and connected all the dots for us. I feel like all we had to do was pay (lower than we expected) and sign the forms. Michael is very knowledgeable in his field of work, everytime i thought i hit a dead end he will find a new route and was always sure he can make it work, at times i thought i wouldnt get approved but he found a way and never stop trying until the home was mine, i would highly recommend him to anyone, i will only work with him for now on in any future purchases

Michael's follow through was excellent. Everything took place as he said it would. He even came to the closing, a nice touch. I have mentioned him and contour to two others that said they were going to give him a call.

Michael made my experience on buying a home great he was very honest and patient he answered all my qustions and concerns honestly. He was very reassuring has you know buying a home is nerve wracking but he made sure he always reassured me i was making the right decision. He also taught me somethings along the way.
