Michael Earl Hall Jr. DMD is too egotistical, thoughtless and inconsiderate to interact with patients. He should at an animal hospital. He terminated an appointment after I was already called back and seated because he didn't feel like it. He literally told me to address him "like a police officer". He literally terminated an appointment after I was already called back and seated just because he "didn't feel like it"
