I've done several refi's with Mike, and he has provide excellent service every time. I've also NOT done a refi with Mike because, at the time, it was his recommendation to not do a refi because his analysis revealed a long break-even. I completely trust his work and his team with this big investment.

Working with mortgage Mike was an enjoyable experience. He made me feel like my time was valuable. He was kind enough to work around my crazy schedule even if it meant him working off the clock at times. Very easy to talk to and he makes sure to answer every question. Went in for our second refinance right before the shutdown occurred. Michael and his team got everything together and things were all lined up just in time for rates to go bonkers because of the Covid effect on the market. Mike kept us updated with how the market was going and assured us he'd have us locked in when things hit where he promised. Not only did Mike reach out on his personal time to let us know we could likely save money and come out ahead if we did a refinance, he then took the time to walk us through every step of the way. He was right! And he was patient with all of our questions, used his calculator of a brain to show us the variables, and led us to a great decision. His team was excellent as was he. I HIGHLY recommend Mike, you can trust you are in great hands!

Yes, I would work with Michael again if the need arose. We had to get a mortgage to cover the reverse mortgage that was taken out by our recently deceased parent. Michael and his team worked with us and our needs, not all siblings live in the same state, so getting all documents together was a task. It took a little longer than other loans I've done but under the circumstances they did what they could to move it along in a timely manner. Great group of people to work with.

Mike was extremely helpful and efficient he took the time to explain our options and understand our personal financial goals after going through major health issues medical bills tend to pile up and we are now in a more comfortable situation and can focus on recovering with less stress! This was only my second house purchase. I only used Michael because of a request from my girlfriend. During my first purchase, not this one, I consulted with three different lenders. I picked the best, and that's who I wanted to use this time because that lender was the best on all fronts. He had the most competitive rates, answered my questions in a timely manner, and a deep expertise of the mortgage industry. Michael was even better. He has an enthusiasm for mortgages, and that's what you want. Incredibly responsive, too.
