Just did a refi with the APM team and what a great experience! Mortgage Mike (as we so fondly refer to him) made this such an enjoyable refi for us that we were sad when we closed so quickly! Every step of the process was so efficiently done that honestly I forgot we were even in the process! Mikes great personality and humor made this enjoyable! When does that ever happen? We have worked with Mike (or as we have come to call him “Mortgage Mike”) over the past 4 years through 2 home purchases and 1 refi. Mortgage Mike did an outstanding job on my mortgage. He knows the VA Loan process and things went without a hitch.
