Due to a miscommunication, Michael did not know we were under contract until two weeks in. He still managed to get everything done so we could close on time. Every time we talked with Michael, it sounded like he was smiling, even though the pressure was on to get things done. We are very grateful for Mortgage Mike and will use him again for our next mortgage.

Mike and his team were instrumental in getting our loan approved and closed in an extremely timely fashion. Our original closing date was on a fast track and they worked very hard to get everything done in less than a month. He gave us his full attention-even when on his vacation, he was still available to help and answer all our questions right away. Magic "Mortgage Mike" is the best there is and we can't recommend him highly enough!

Michael Heldt just helped me and my family buy our first house. In short, he truly walked on water to make the purchase happen for us. He would always answer phone calls, text, and emails very quickly (usually within minutes) everyday of the week. Mortgage Mike was a fantastic help all the way through our home buying process, from the pre-approval process to our closing. When we ran into snafus, Mike helped us figure out workarounds so we could make our monthly mortgage as low as possible, as well as get us our home! He was available to us literally 24/7, working through issues over the weekends and evenings, answering our 1,000 questions as soon as they came up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike.
