Dr McArthy ordered an x-ray of my sinuses and found infection on the right side . He called in a prescription for antibiotics. I have been seeing him for about eight years and he has always gotten to the root of the problem I have total faith in his recommendations.
Dr McCarthy, has a great diagnostic ability and takes a very measured, thorough and balanced approach to treatment. He has treated me for over 20 years and I have been extremely impressed by his compassion, skill and professionalism.
Dr. McCarthy was super in his concern and willingness to work with my other Dr. to figure out the best treatment for my problem. I really liked him as a person which is very important to me as a patient.
Dr. McCarthy provides a comprehensive explanation of his diagnosis and potential treatment when asked about them.
He went over my case and explained my options very well. Told me the pros and cons. Came up with a plan we both agreed on. Very caring and knowledgable.
Always pays attention to detail. Takes time explaining tests results. He calls to discuss scans etc even on the weekend!
Dr. McCarthy is always very thorough and listens to my concerns.

Dr. McCarthy is very knowledgeable AND he knows you and. your condition. He’s not one of those doctors who comes in and asks “what’s wrong”, he’s a doctor that knows your history and knows why you are there to see him & he’s always 100% prepared to focus on you. He’s kind, friendly, always smiling, and LISTENS to you. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a pulmonologist.
