Mike was awesome in helping me in getting my credit down and qualifying for preapproval. Once I was approved, he assisted me in acquiring in financing I needed. Mike is very savvy as a financial consultant.

mike is a wonderful individual. honest, respectful, punctual, great communication skills. Anytime I would call him he would always answer at anytime of day or he would call me right back. I truly enjoyed working with Mike and look forward to our next endeavor. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a genuine person to help them with their loan needs.

We have used Michael more than once and truly appreciate his hard work and honesty. He was always available and very helpful! He did our first home loan in 2002, refinanced us in 2007 and did the financing of the new home that we are in now in 2012.

The communication was lacking. We had to reach out a couple of times to see where we were in the process and I feel that shouldn't be on the customer to do. Also, when we were told we would need to pay for an extension if we were not able to sign by a certain time we were not pleased. The extension would not have occurred because of anything we did/didn't do. This was on the signing company.
