Great experience start to finish. One small hiccup with an outside research company contacting us outside the normal communication protocols. We have heightened questioning attitude related to identity theft so we had to pause the process to confirm the outside company was legit. Not a big thing and was resolved fairly quickly.
Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. More than anything, he was patient with all of my questions. I spoke to multiple brokers and my real estate agent trying to understand how down payments worked when a house appraised for under the buying price, and Michael was the first person to explain it in such a way that it clicked!
