Michael Woodard was wonderful!!! Very helpful and excellent communication! He made it very easy to purchase a home in another state! The only critique would be that at times some wires were crossed and we were told to turn in paperwork and documents that we had already sent in to Michael….but other than that, the service was excellent!!!
