Michael Woodard is great! He responded quickly and was helpful throughout the process. My experience with underwriting was that they were disorganized and panicky and not particularly resourceful. At some point, they were panicking and asking for a record that was available publically. They also seemed to lack a communication channel with Michael, which would have helped me know what was needed and when.
