We cannot recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. We were in the process of moving from Hawaii to the mainland so everything was a bit more complicated especially considering some significant life transition events on our end. You would not have known we were separated by four time zones, at all. Michelle and her team made the process efficient and seamless, we have purchased a few houses before and those transactions were not this easy. Highly recommend!
My second time with Michelle. Purchased a home and now, years later, refinancing. I think she should change the name of her company to McGuth’s because refinancing with her is as easy as going to a drive through. The only complaint I can think of is she doesn’t have the drive-up window. I actually had to get out of my car for the paperwork. Not only is she a great broker, she’s an honest to goodness, down to earth sweet and caring human being. You will be a repeat customer, that’s for sure.
We have worked with Michelle numerous times and would never consider working with anyone other than her! She is professional and friendly and knowledgeable and we always know that we are in the most capable hands to handle any situation! We highly recommend Michelle at Diversified Mortgage!!
If i could give higher than 5 stars, i would. Between Michelle and Karye, there wasnt a single time i couldn't get ahold of them at the drop of a hat. I knew pretty much nothing about this process as a first time homebuyer and they helped me learn and move forward any time i had a question about something and they are on the ball when it comes to getting anything filed in a tight timeframe. I highly recommend you use their services!
