The people that bought our home wanted to close in 5 days so they would be able to have it for Christmas. Michelle and her team were awesome! They made it happen! All inspections, the walk through, inventory checks etc they took care of everything so my family could focus on packing. The close never would have happened that fast if my husband and I had to worry about or orchestrate these appointments our shelves. What can I say about Michelle Thomas, my Condo was on the market for 21/2 years with other agents and in less than 6 months she sold it! Michelle and her entire staff were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to get the job- done, she’s your girl!

Her team was great. Getting Michelle to return calls was a challenge. Would of liked more direct communication from her and a Congratulations call after we closed not a generic email that was not personally written. I think she has lost the personal touch. We were disappointed in that. Otherwise all went well.

I’m satisfied with expertise and helpfulness of Michele and her entire team. Would definitely recommend and do business again with team. I was not familiar with the area and was glad to have someone as Michelle who not only decades of experience, but was so helpful in recommending me to all the local professionals. Example attorney,inspection company,etc. That also made the whole process go smoothly.
