Her team was great. Getting Michelle to return calls was a challenge. Would of liked more direct communication from her and a Congratulations call after we closed not a generic email that was not personally written. I think she has lost the personal touch. We were disappointed in that. Otherwise all went well.

I’m satisfied with expertise and helpfulness of Michele and her entire team. Would definitely recommend and do business again with team. I was not familiar with the area and was glad to have someone as Michelle who not only decades of experience, but was so helpful in recommending me to all the local professionals. Example attorney,inspection company,etc. That also made the whole process go smoothly.

Michelle is a great marketer, negotiator and closer. Marketing materials and pictures were amazing and the effort and number of showings in the off season was impressive.

Michelle got the job done quickly. In fact, the home sold so fast it did not afford an opportunity to observe negotiation skills. Her experience and reputation in the market were key to our decision to contract with her and the results more than justified the importance of those factors. She’s a pro!

Michelle is an absolute delight to work with. There's a reason she's the Number 1 Realtor in East/South Naples - because she gets the job done! She and her team are always on top of things and have all the answers. She helped every step of the way - negotiating the deal, working with the appraiser, and helping us navigate the quagmire of the Collier County permitting system. Would certainly use her again!
