Kim was a pleasure to work with in finding our new home. We sold our home in Indiana and needed to quickly find a place here in Florida where we wanted to be. Kim helped us find a wonderful property on Marco Island. When we first started looking we were not sure what we wanted. Kim showed us numerous properties. She was patient with us as we changed our parameters on what we wanted. After our first purchase offer fell through, Kim found us other properties and helped us determine what we really wanted.
