Michelle has excellent marketing skills, which she uses to give your home great exposure. She works hard and is available and responsive to her clients. She goes beyond what most realtors do even getting our bushes trimmed.

I had to sell our condo long distance from CT. I did some research and felt that Michelle would be a good fit for me. Boy am I glad I chose her! She handled the showings and sold our condo in no time. She answered all of my questions immediately and recommended a fantastic firm to close the deal. Michelle got back to me in a timely matter & answered questions I had. She put me in contact with another person in her office. After once or twice I guess they got tired of me, no more info. I got another agent from Zillow, Shelly Cole. Bottom line, I bought a condo. in Heritage Bay, with her help. Michelle was fine for the time I worked with her. Jim

Good local knowledge with a number of listings in various parts of the island. Presented and advertised the property with very professional photos and print ads in various national publications. I am the kind of client that likes frequent communication, especially during the negotiation process.

Michelle Thomas promised and delivered. She helped me sell my parents townhouse in Fiddlers Creek. I had to complete this sale while living in CT. She helped me find movers, repairs, cleaners and anyone I needed to help. She negotiated the sale with our objectives in mind, and was always professional, friendly, and within a cell call, text, email away.
