Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the Naples area and Fiddlers Creek specifically. She did a great job for us and was very patient and responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a new place in the Naples area.

My wife and I have bought and sold a lot of real estate and worked with a lot of different realtors - without question Michelle is the best we have ever encountered. She is knowledgeable, professional, personable, responsive, and overall a pleasure to do business with. Michelle listed and sold our property in less than 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone considering a purchase in the Marco Island area. Her knowledge and familiarity with the area was truly an asset . We used Michelle on 2 real estate transactions last year. We expected professionalism- and she was an efficient and tireless professional. In addition, when our lease unit developed AC problems while we were up north she went above and beyond and rescued our personal belongings from the unit. Michelle knows the market and puts the client first. She is great at keeping in touch throughout the process and continues to followup to make sure everything is going well after the closing. It was refreshing to deal with such a professional. You get the sense that she really loves what she is doing and takes great pride in doing it very well.

Isabel represented the buyer of my property. Overall bad experience. Waited until the last minute to schedule inspections and then asked for extensions. She used an incorrect HOA document(outdated and wrong HOA) to terminate contract at 11pm on the day we were supposed to close. I believe this was unethical and possibly fraudulent and then used the fact that she had my home off market for over 2 months and the market had softened so I would give her buyers extensions. Make sure you hire your own inspector. Rich likes to use a buddy of his that works for realitors, not the buyer. We have lived in our house for a few months & have had plumbing, electrical & cooling issues. All were passed by Rich's buddy with flying colors. When we have had different companies out to fix the house, everyone of them has been blown away that it passed inspection. Rich was also very difficult to work with.
