Michelle knows the market and puts the client first. She is great at keeping in touch throughout the process and continues to followup to make sure everything is going well after the closing. It was refreshing to deal with such a professional. You get the sense that she really loves what she is doing and takes great pride in doing it very well.

Isabel represented the buyer of my property. Overall bad experience. Waited until the last minute to schedule inspections and then asked for extensions. She used an incorrect HOA document(outdated and wrong HOA) to terminate contract at 11pm on the day we were supposed to close. I believe this was unethical and possibly fraudulent and then used the fact that she had my home off market for over 2 months and the market had softened so I would give her buyers extensions. Make sure you hire your own inspector. Rich likes to use a buddy of his that works for realitors, not the buyer. We have lived in our house for a few months & have had plumbing, electrical & cooling issues. All were passed by Rich's buddy with flying colors. When we have had different companies out to fix the house, everyone of them has been blown away that it passed inspection. Rich was also very difficult to work with. I’ve waited about 6 months to write this review, hoping my view of Michelle would change. Unfortunately it hasn’t. Like another reviewer has said, with Michelle you are really just a number, just a sale. I have compared Michelle to a “puppy mill” in the past. She is just trying to get as many sales as she can for her numbers. Nothing about the transaction with her is personal. In all of my years of buying a home I must say I have NEVER gone thru such a horrifying experience with a professional. First of all I the house was listed in August and I was here in Naples on 10/1. Michelle NEVER offered to meet me ONCE. She sent her “assistants” for all correspondence requiring a person to person mtg. I felt like just another sale , despite the original listing being $1,600,00.
