The attention to the customers needs were outstanding. We were going to closing and need an we’ll inspection. Alex came out the next day and performed top notch service. We will definitely use Mid-Atlantic Water Services again.

The techs are always great & thorough. I’m just a little troubled because when I called, I asked some questions about the sound I was hearing. The service lady I spoke to found a tech to have him listen. He said it shouldn’t be making that sound & I needed to have you guys come out. But when the tech got here, he said nothing was wrong & could show me the sounds I was hearing but doing a couple things on the pressure tank.
