Scott Did very well but we were checking prices and yours was high. So we decided to wait until we have some extra money
Edi arrived on time as promised and was very professional in his work. At first he was confused as to why he was sent but we both figured it had to do with the replacement of a manufacturer’s product that was several years old and possibly defective. Edi was efficient and responsive to my questions and showed me several techniques that would avert any unnecessary service call. So we had a few hiccups with regard to scheduling and what our service needs were...but in the end all is well and we are happy with the service we received.
