Todd was such a blessing--turned a semi-functional bathtub usable again. I always learn a lot from Midway representatives, and Todd explained what he was doing in such a patient way that I felt very confident with the entire procedure. Thank you, Todd and Midway!

Mr. Terry explained everything he was going to do, he spread out a tarp so he wouldn't leave a mess, when done, he cleaned up everything. He was very respectful as well.
