Tristun and his assistant spent two days at our house tracking down and repairing a gas leak. He was professional, competent, and hard working. I give a strong endorsement .
Tristun, from Midway Plumbing, did our annual water heater inspections on both our water heaters this year. He drained our gas water heater and spent time on our tankless water heater removing sediment as well. He always had on shoe covers to protect our floors. Great technician... Great company!

CJ, of Midway Plumbing, did the initial assessment of the problem, had to wait about 40 minutes on hold with Rheem tech support, and understood what they were saying, and got the needed parts under warranty. These were deliveried in two days. CJ did the install early on the first following business day. CJ, did a good install of the replacement thermostat sent by Rheem.
