CJ, of Midway Plumbing, did the initial assessment of the problem, had to wait about 40 minutes on hold with Rheem tech support, and understood what they were saying, and got the needed parts under warranty. These were deliveried in two days. CJ did the install early on the first following business day. CJ, did a good install of the replacement thermostat sent by Rheem.
