I have a rabbit, Muffin, and we have been here a few times for checkups. Today, I had to leave him because he may have a kidney infection. The doctor and staff were very caring and gave me the options very clearly. I feel safe leaving Muffin in their care. I look forward to bringing home a healthy bunny boy.
I truly don't understand why this place has such hot/cold reviews. The only thing I can attribute to it is that people (understandably) are very emotional about the loss of their pets. I've gone here twice now, and have yet to even have a remotely negative experience. I unexpectedly ended up rescuing a lop rabbit that had been abandoned in my friends apartment building. When I took him in for a check up, the staff was nothing but nice. They gave me handouts on rabbit care, gave me a printed summary of the appointment, and e... read more
