I've been there twice for my exotic animal a chinchilla! They provided excellent care, and taking him there during emergency hours was a no brainer they provided excellent treatment options and told me to call with any questions no matter how small I think it is.

Our dog, Hershey, had parvo at 4 months old in 2015. We took him to Midwest for treatment and he was there for two weeks. There were lots of ups and downs in that two weeks because parvo is unfortunately quite serious. The staff was incredible! The doctors updated us by phone every morning at 7 during his stay and during the day, if needed. They even called to tell us when he was showing signs of improvement because they were just excited to call and tell us. One or both of us visited him each night and they were very caref... read more

I have taken 2 pet rabbits here and they have been nothing but the best! Very knowledgeable on the pet's breed and always fix what's fixable and what isn't (cuz they are older) they do all they can to make sure they are as comfortable as possible and happy little furry campers. As much as I hate leaving my furball there overnight, I know I can be at ease because he is in great hands! AND they don't have a problem with me calling múltiple times for updates or visits. LOVE MIDWEST!

I love going to the sprint store are way better than going to Petco. There's one woman that works in the back that is super knowledgeable about everything that has to do with an animal. Friendly service and great prices.
