My Guinea pig, Charlotte, is a MWB&E patient, and I could not be happier with the care he (yes, he is a boy named Charlotte) receives. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they answer questions and address concerns quickly and thoroughly. More than once I have called in a panic, but they weren't fazed; they made every effort to reassure me and talk me through the crisis. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and caring. They take time to explain everything I need to know, from how to administer meds to what Guinea ... read more
