This place is dangerous and evil. It is where loved, healthy pets go to die. My story takes place 9 years ago, however seems to align with the exact timelines and details of several recent testimonies. I’m honestly shocked to see that almost a decade later they remain running the same scheme. Their scam is, at the very least, consistent. While I was grateful they could see my Cockatoo right away when he broke his wing, the treatment plan was not fair to my bird. They did NOT tell me the low sucess rate of placing a bandage for his type of fracture. They did the $900 procedure and the bone continued to work its way through the skin. I drove 1.5 hours each way for bandage checks at $110-$140 a visit. After finding out he will need it amputated, they did not have an opening for a few weeks. The bone is coming through the skin.....
