This place injected my daughters bunny with penicillin knowing she was already on other antibiotics and that same night her bunny lost the ability to walk, eat and drink, lawsuit coming your way! Keep your pets as far from Dr Lopez as you can if you want them to get better, animal killer!

My rat had mass removals at her regular vets and was fine that evening yet the next a.m. Her lower hind leg incision had come open the next morning so we called midwest they got her in for an exam, yet kept her in overnight to help fix the incision the next day. We prepaid, as expected. The next morning they called to explain she handled the procedure well that they want to keep her again overnight, free of charge, to assure she did not get to the incision again. RecommendedI recently got a hamster from petsmart. The hamster was acting sluggish and not aggressive. The second day the hamster was sleeping all day, didn’t eat or drink, when we did wake her to check her she kept her eyes closed for a while, and there was an awe full smell due to watery poop. RecommendedI was very disappointed with the person who trimmed my birds nails. She or he did a terrible job, made my Conure to bleed in two of his fingers and leaving my bird sore for more than two days. Probably I would do a better job. You trust the hospital because people know what they do, but if this person who works there doesn’t know how to trim a nail of a bird, he or she is in the wrong place. RecommendedWe came here under the most painful of circumstances. Our vet sent us here when our parrot Sparkey wasn't eating or drinking, and he had grown quite weak. Our vet didn't have the equipment to better examine him. When we got here, they grabbed him from our car and took him in for an exam. On Christmas Eve, my ferret was fell ill. She wasn’t moving around as much and she was very lethargic. So we decided to take her to this Veterinary. Due to it being a emergency we had no choice. Right away I was welcomed with open arms and I felt like my ferret was in good hands due to the massive amounts of ferret photos. I should’ve known that was a facade.
