The WORST place to take your pet! The staff is rude, had a friend go their an the staff was overly rude, nasty had an attitude and told her she hoped her and he cat got hit by a car as she was leaving! and called her a stupid little cunt I wouldn't recommend this place to a snail! You are already sad scared and afraid and need comfort why be rude!! My friend was super nice to her, if she was having a bad day she should have stayed home! I was given a bearded dragon that was closer to death then anything, she wouldn't open her eyes, she was barely breathing, her color was gray. She looked like a rock. My first opportunity I took her to this chop shop. The woman Vet, I do not remember her name, a young, thin, Hispanic woman ( I am hispanic, this is not a racist thing, please don't make it one. ) came in and looked at her. I wanted to share a horrible experience (for the 2nd time with this place) that occurred the other night. I originally took Peter rabbit, a 10 year old house rabbit, love of my life, to Midwest in Elmwood Park. He has received fabulous vet care from his regular vet, even 2 days prior to this visit to Midwest. It's an hour drive to Midwest from me, the longest hour of my life. Mind numbing rude and greedy people. Very suspect practices. Check out their yelp reviews. I wish I had read them first instead of assuming they were carrying on the practice in the same skill, compassion, and good faith of the founders. Their bios on their webpage speaks volumes. I wish I could give negative stars.

Rude ass people I would never go here the worst service
Please help find Chico he is a Green-Cheeked Conure � he's been missing since ther end of August around 97th & Pulaski in the Oak Lawn/Evergreen Park area.. We believe he was found by someone on September 3rd in Chicago but the person who had him contacted me and said he had flown away a week later while they were cleaning his cage. She lives in the vicinity of Addison and Narragansett. Please if you're in this area keep an eye out for him. Thank you so much #mustlovebirds #lostconure #lostbirdsillinois #lostbirds
What can i say...they killed my dog!!!...neglect on they behalf!!!...dog was healthy till she came there!!..they do not have the right equipment!!!.....be careful sending your animal there!!!!...please think twice!!!...this is not something trying to go against them this really happened!!!...1/24/16!!!
