I would like to take this time and acknowledge a worker going over and beyond her responsibilities at work! Ashley,Ayo/Jamie Nurse practitioner made us feel very welcome and made the time their with me and my kids a walk in the park! She was also very knowledgeable and just an Abby to work with! Trust me with 3 kids all under the age of 8 can definitely be a little bit much at times! Wasn't feeling well so I looked at reviews for Immediate Care places near me. I usually go to Elmhurst Lombard Immediate care but their prices are crazy. This place had great reviews so I gave it a try. Every part of this was awesome. I highly recommend. I booked online, was taken quickly and easily. All the employees from front desk all the way back was so great! I've never had a better experience at a care place like this. Thank you so very much.
Seriously the friendliest staff. I felt so welcomed, they were warm, and empathetic, and beyond helpful. So patient as well. A really refreshing medical experience. Very upfront about pricing, the facility is immaculate and comfortable. I felt very well taken care of. The staff at the Lombard location deserve a raise, they are amazing.
We had a great experience! My son needed a last minute sports physical so we stopped by here. Even though we arrived an hour before they closed, The receptionist was so sweet and polite. She answered all my questions and guided me through the paper work without an attitude. We were seen in a timely manner and the P.A was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and she interacted with my tween to calm his nerves! The whole facility was clean and the staff is amazing! They are also very up front about pricing.
Very polite stuff, all of them, from the front desk , nurse and doctor. The doctor was knowalagable and he was listening my concerns and prescribed the right medication. I will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for your care.
