I was harassed by a debt collector several times a day calling my cell phone, my home phone and my place of work. As you can imagine calling my place of work was very embarrassing. Matt in Louisiana In 2014, I received a call from a collection agency. The caller said the bill in question was a medical bill from 2007. The caller was very very unprofessional when I tried to dispute that I had a bill and that this was a legitimate claim or even a legitimate agency. Ruth from California Shortly after opening a joint bank account with my sister, she started getting phone calls from a collection agency asking for me. After contacting Mike the collection calls stopped almost immediately. He clearly explains your rights and really goes after them and gets a fast settlement.
