We want to sincerely thank Agruss Law Firm in helping us find a resolution to what was becoming a very severe situation between us and Navient/Sallie Mae. I highly recommend that anyone having an issue with pushy false bill collectors harassing you, call Agruss Law Firm. After one phone call and an email they had everything they needed from me and the next call I received from them was saying my case had been settled!! I have not received any further harassing calls since Agruss Law firm stepped in on my behalf. I will recommend their service to anyone I know that is having this issue!!!

What a desperately-needed function this law firm serves! I contacted them for the first time after having received harassment calls, and I was so surprised and happy to find a service such as this. The send me a settlement check in the mail in just a few weeks! Come to find out: Not only do they go after fraud debt collectors ~ they also tackle illegal robocalls, credit bureau report errors, and unauthorized EFT payments.

Agruss Law Firm saved me a lot of money My adventure began with a message on my phone asking me to "Please call 800------ regarding my case and ask for M---- and to be sure to have my case number." I called and asked what company this was and what the case number was all about. After some runaround they told me they were ARA and my case was a 20+ year old credit card charge. I contacted Agruss Law Firm, LLC, because I was being harassed by a collector for a student loan that my brother had taken out. I was getting calls at work, my cell and my home. The calls were constant and harassing. Agruss was able to stop the harassing calls and sue the company. In the end, I received $500.00 with all legal fees paid by the company that was harassing me.
