I explained to the collector that it was a case of identify fraud and I also explained to her that, due to my current situation, I was unable to make any payments at the time anyway. Ed from South Carolina. A collection agency was 'robo-calling' my house every morning at 8am. The agency was allegedly trying to collect a debt from a person that I did not know. I called the agency and explained that the person they were trying to reach did not live in our house and that I did not know anybody by that name. Chris from Florida Out of the nowhere a collection agency wrongfully harassed me over a fraudulent debt that never existed. They obtained my personal information through fraudulent activity and thought they would scare me and make me pay them. During one of the calls to the attorney she requested a copy or tape past and previous voicemails and to write down the phone numbers. I sent over a tape of my voicemails it was another company that what's practicing and ethical behavior.
