RecommendedGot an appt the next day for a water heater that needed to be replaced. He came out and confirmed it did need replaced, had one with him and installed it right then and then installed a dishwasher we had just had delivered and asked him about installation. Excellent!!! Customer service is phenomenal!! Only down side is they are expensive, the other quote I had was almost half the cost but they didn't seem to want to actually do the job. We had the worst thing happen; our septic tanks filled and backed up into our house. Bachman came out and determined it was a pump issue. Once we had the tanks pumped, Bachman determined that we had a stuck float on our lift pump, and they repaired it completely. Then as a courtesy, they "unplugged" the baffle in our other tank. They were here on time and did a great job! As a fellow contractor (Dynasty Decks) I was very impressed with all they did!! I highly recommend Bachman Plumbing!!

They unclogged a few of my drains but my biggest problem was not getting consistent hot water in the bathroom sink, which is very annoying. They suggested that I have my hot water heater flushed so they did that & then the problem was fixed plus twice as much watered flowed out of the faucet. They didn't try to add on any other problems & kept me aware of prices as we went. 🙃 I highly recommend them!

I met Randall when I was out with some friends and one of my friends mentioned that a loan program was opened again, and I could use it to fix my sump pump connection issue. Randall asked what was wrong with it and I told him that the guy I bought my house from did a lot of DIY wrong ans routed the sump pump into the sewer line and I needed to fix it, because it's illegal to have it set up that way, and the city was aware of the issue and wanted it fixed ASAP.
