drains started backing up and during the holidays this was expected to be a huge problem fo rmy family , when i reach out to mike bachman they really saved our holiday by coming quickly to diagnose and repair my problem with in a couple hours we were back up and were able to see the issue in the pipes on camera and watch it get resolved . our plumber was so nice and repectful made it a painless process plus was able to get fiancing that we signed up for in seconds five star service all the way
Mike Bachman Plumbing did a great job. Our water heater went out and they came the same day to replace it. While they were here they fixed two bad faucets and an outdoor hose bibb in the backyard. The two plumbers were very knowledgeable and communicated each repair option very clear.
Both Angie, the scheduler, and Chris, the plumber, were very professional and the service was quick, well done, and Chris explained everything. Nothing but praise for a job well done.

We woke up to find that our hot water heater started leaking and Angie from Mike Bachman Plumbing had Mason in our home replacing our hot water heater within 2 hours. It was amazing, he did a wonderful job, explained all the steps of the process that I had questions about, and replaced the outdated valves on the gas and water to the new unit that I was concerned about. They were very professional they showed I had more things to be done than what they were expecting, I had them plumb my new sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, change and add new valves, run a waterline for my ice maker also had them install a bathroom faucet they did an outstanding job looks awesome this is the second time these professionals have done work for me would love them each time I need services!!

After calling a drain cleaning company to unclog our kitchen drain, they came out and sold me on the hydro-jetting process to clean the whole system. After about six hours and several trips to Salt Lake City, they brought in another service van to try and clean drain. They failed to clear my kitchen drain, did not clean any of the system and left a big mess and gave me an overpriced quote to dig up basement floor to replace the drain pipe.
