straight forward cut and dry quick and professional. very careful to not doing our carpet the young man wore booties to cover his shoes. he wore rubber gloves to touch door knobs and surfaces to protect him and us from covid-19. just frustrated to have to have service on the same valve and pipe in two months. just bad timing.
