We had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving, he arrived within a half hour and fixed our hot water in no time. They were also able to fix our pipes when we had our bathroom remodel. Their prices were reasonable and I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We had a whole repipe done on our house. They were very affordable, professional and efficient. I wish you would quote prices over phone. It’s slightly duplitous, like you’re trying to hide something. At least we could wrap our mind around what to expect.

There have been a few times I have quoted or given a 'ballpark' price over the phone only to find out when on site that I was way off or the information given to me was inadequate.
