Was originally supposed to be there between 1pm and 5pm. They called back and said they could be there at noon. Usually service techs are late. He showed up fixed the problem. And gone in a short time. Was very friendly and explained what the problem was.

Thank you Travis. Sometimes we are able to show up before our promised time. We do call ahead to make sure if its okay and I'm glad we could take care of your issue efficiently. We do like to explain the diagnosis and solution to our customers so they know exactly what we are doing for them.
We needed a filter fixed under the house. It was easy to set up and they called back to make a appointment. They arrived on time and got the problem fixed.

Renters told me that they had plumbers out three times to fix a problem with the toilet. Mike Bachmans came out and within 10 minutes were able to fish out 5 action figures (that the renters kids had flushed down the toilet) that were causing the problem. Thanks guys. You do great work!!!!

I am a member of their Diamond Club which means if I have a problem, they have to come within a set time. At 8:30 p.m. I noticed water dripping from the showerhead in my downstairs bathroom. I put a bucket under it to catch the water and then called Mike Backman Plumbing at 7:25 a.m. the next day which was a Saturday.
