I am a member of their Diamond Club which means if I have a problem, they have to come within a set time. At 8:30 p.m. I noticed water dripping from the showerhead in my downstairs bathroom. I put a bucket under it to catch the water and then called Mike Backman Plumbing at 7:25 a.m. the next day which was a Saturday. Less than one hour later, I had a plumber at my house who told me what the problem was and fixed it. Since it had been a year since my last free inspection, I had them do that also.
