Called this morning about 8:30. Scheduled to be here between 11:00 & 1:00. They arrived 10:50. Problem solved, fixed in much shorter time than anticipated. Did not break the bank, either.

Excellent from the moment we called on our water heater on warranty. They were swamped today but still found time to fit us in, didn't act hurried, took their time to assure me the water heater was under warranty and wouldn't cost anything. Explained their work very well and gave a time frame of when to expect hot water. Yeah! Very professional and efficient from start to finish.
I called them about my dishwasher not draining not knowing that they do not work on appliances. The person I spoke to asked if my sink was draining. I said yes and casually mentioned that my husband had just replaced the garbage disposal the day before. He suggested we double check that we popped out the little cap that we hadn't known was supposed to be knocked out before installation. After calling two different companies and having no one have the common courtesy of at least returning our calls, I was given Mike's phone number by a friend. I called around 9am and was greeted by a friendly and helpful young lady who scheduled our appointment to have our hot water heater repaired that same morning. They showed up even earlier than expected, fixed the problem quickly, and charged us a reasonable rate. Now THAT is great service!
