I moved into the area a week ago and had just had a friend connect my ice maker on my fridge. The next day I noticed water dripping under my sink where the line to the ice maker is. No one could help me until the next weekend so I called Bachman Plumbing. Someone came the next day and I was told all that was wrong was a loose nut/screw on the valve. I am new to Cache Valley and I have been searching for a plumber to come and connect a water line in my basement to the outside so I am hook up my sprinklers. We already had a landscaper look at it and said it was an easy job but a plumber would have to do it. I called Mike Bachman and HE WAS BEYOND RUDE. HE stated yelling at me and said "LOOK WE ARE REALLY REALLY BUSY SO I CANT TELL YOU IF WE CAN DO IT OR NOT. So I hung up the phone. What a jerk!

Showed up within 3 hours of calling. Told me the potential pricing before starting and fixed it right away. Will call them again if needed!

Their service call does not cover anything but showing up too your door. Hired them to install a dishwasher but they did not install it. Acted like they did me a favor and charged me the full amount less the service call fee because I complained. If I would of had Rcwilley install it for me it would of cost me 30 dollars less and they would have finished the install. Nice guys though. so if you want a 200 dollar and hour friend give them a call.
I called and was greeted by a friendly customer service rep who scheduled a service tech to visit me the next day. Service tech was on time friendly, fast and efficient. Price was reasonable for quality replacement water heater and labor. Tech didn't make a mess. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.
