😡 A negative review for Mike Bachman Plumbing. $240 bid to screw off a leaky valve and screw on a new one. Hung up and called another company while tech was still sitting there. Robert Spiers wins the job at $110. I offered the opportunity to Mike Bachman to match that price. Tech called manager they refused. 😡

RecommendedI wish you would quote prices over phone. It’s slightly duplitous, like you’re trying to hide something. At least we could wrap our mind around what to expect.
Charged over $400 dollars to snake the toilet because we were out of town and our renters had a problem. Never again. that is ridiculous! Then one week later, the problem reoccurred and we had to fix it ourselves after paying $400 for supposedly guaranteed work. I will never use them again. If I could give a zero, I would.
