Mike was extremely proactive and pleasantly persistent. Great explanation and guidance throughout the process. One negative experience was the e-mails that asked me to connect to online resources. Every time those resources brought me to "OOOOPPS This Page Does not Exist. I recommend your IT team determine what conditions drove that experience for me. Thanks to Mike I did not need those resources.
